Drug Enforcement Agent / Investigator
Applications are being accepted by the Medina County Drug Task Force for the position of criminal drug enforcement agent / investigator. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, valid Ohio driver’s license, and possess the physical ability to perform essential functions of the job. Law Enforcement experience and valid Ohio Peace Officer Certification upon appointment preferred. Applicants must complete an extensive background investigation to include the successful passing of polygraph, medical, and psychological examinations. Prior law enforcement investigative or drug enforcement experience and training are preferred, but not required.
Annual Salary range is $57,403 to $71,446 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Employees receive a comprehensive healthcare benefit package, paid vacation after one year, paid sick leave, and Ohio Public Employee Retirement System LE (PERS LE) benefits.
